All was well during my stay at this hotel.

Lovely building, clean. Easy check-in with pleasant staff. Free on-site parking. Family room adequate for 1 night stay. Plenty of tea, coffee, and fresh white towels. Comfy beds. About a 10-minute walk downhill into the city. Will stay again.

Location uphill, making it difficult for "fattys" and smokers. Cops firing up sirens frequently.

Lovely room and ideal location. 10 min walk from durham cathedral. 20 minutes walk from the train station...

The staff here are helpful and the room size was perfect for us, plus there's a quick meal option within a 10-minute walk and convenient onsite parking available.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. From the receptionists to the housekeeping staff, everyone we encountered was pleasant and willing to assist with any queries or requests. Our room was comfortable and had a great view. Despite being fully booked, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, ensuring we woke up refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
